Arley Pérez, known as El Rayo de Sinaloa, is a prominent singer, songwriter, and accordionist in Northern Mexico and the U.S. Southwest, recognized for his outlaw narcocorridos and rancheras. Inspired early by Los Canelos de Durango, he began writing music at 11 and was later mentored by Los Titanes de Durango.

His popularity grew with 2013’s Cotizada, and his 2016 album Ni Falta Que Hace—featuring many songs he wrote as a teenager—became his best-selling release
